At Pins & Aces, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
